We are seeking a reliable, hands-on Maintenance Technician who enjoys troubleshooting and ensuring equipment reliability. This role supports daily operations in a CNC machine shop by performing preventative maintenance, responding to equipment issues, and completing facility-related maintenance tasks. The ideal candidate is action-oriented, works with a strong sense of urgency, and can operate effectively with minimal supervision.
Schedule & Compensation
· Hours: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
· Pay: $30–$40 per hour (based on experience)

Key Responsibilities
· Perform preventative maintenance on CNC machines and related equipment
· Basic troubleshooting and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues
· Basic facilities maintenance
· Inspect, test, and diagnose damaged machine components
· Install, replace, and adjust machine parts according to manufacturer specifications
· Safely rig, disassemble, and reassemble equipment using hoists and rigging tools
· Respond to maintenance requests and prioritize work to maximize equipment uptime
· Complete maintenance documentation accurately and on time
· Support continuous improvement initiatives across the facility
· Maintain maintenance supplies and bin stock
· Coordinate outside maintenance services
· Preventative maintenance of air compressors and related systems
General Maintenance Duties
Perform basic facility maintenance, including Cleaning and draining fluid pans
Changing light fixtures and bulbs/tubes
General upkeep of equipment and work areas
Assist with routine repairs to ensure timely completion of tasks
Maintain a clean, safe, efficient, and organized work environment
Qualifications
· High school diploma or equivalent required; technical certification preferred
· Minimum of 3 years of industrial maintenance experience or equivalent training
· Strong understanding of preventative maintenance programs and documentation
· Ability to read and interpret manuals, schematics, and technical drawings
· Basic math skills required for troubleshooting and repair work
· Ability to communicate effectively with internal teams and external vendors/contractors
· Familiarity and comfort using computers and office software
