Machine Shop Production Support – 1st Shift | $19.38–$20.36/hr
Location: De Pere, WI | Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 6:00 AM–4:00 PM, Friday OT as needed

C.A. Lawton is hiring for a Machine Shop Production Support role. In this position, you’ll help prepare parts for shipment, support machinists with setups and tooling, and keep production running smoothly. We are a union shop. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Clean, deburr, paint, and prep parts

  • Load and unload trucks using forklift and overhead crane

  • Assist machinists with tooling and setups

  • Provide general shop support

What We’re Looking For:

  • Foundry experience required

  • Safety-focused, dependable, and detail-oriented

  • Strong mechanical aptitude and hand tool knowledge
