This position involves administrative and managerial responsibility for coordinating and overseeing the activities of maintenance supervisors, technicians, and mechanical staff engaged in maintaining and repairing buildings, grounds, facilities, and equipment. The Maintenance Manager ensures the reliability and efficiency of company assets, promotes safe work practices, and partners with managers and employees to address maintenance needs and resolve issues promptly.

Direct, coordinate, and oversee maintenance operations including building repairs, utilities, and mechanical systems.
Supervise grounds maintenance and ensure proper upkeep of all company property.
Manage the CMMS system, ensuring all maintenance documentation and records are accurate and up to date.
Develop, implement, and monitor planned maintenance schedules to minimize downtime.
Maintain appropriate inventory levels of spare parts, tools, and supplies.
Inspect completed work to ensure compliance with blueprints, specifications, and safety standards.
Oversee maintenance and repair of mechanical equipment, vehicles, and tools; approve any external service or specialized repairs.
Monitor equipment condition and reliability, identifying opportunities for improvement.
Prepare and submit required reports, including weekly and monthly downtime reports to platform management.
Manage capital expenditure (CAPEX) projects, ensuring adherence to budgets and timelines.
Submit requisitions for new or replacement parts, tools, vehicles, and equipment as needed.
Support emergency or unplanned maintenance needs, including hands-on work or vehicle operation if required.
Uphold all company policies, safety standards, and quality expectations.
Education:
High school diploma or GED required. Additional coursework in supervision, management, or maintenance operations preferred. Equivalent combinations of education and experience will be considered.
Experience:
Five to eight years of experience in maintenance supervision or management, preferably in an industrial or manufacturing environment.

Working knowledge of foundry operations (preferred).
Proactive in identifying ways to make the job safer, better, faster, and more efficient.

Proficient in maintaining maintenance schedules, tracking systems, and documentation.
May be required to operate motor vehicles or light trucks as part of job duties.
